VBSE Support Area Malfunction Today?

Is anyone having a problem with the "Support" area on VBSEO today? I logged in through the forum, browsed over to "Support" and I'm being asked to login again there. Once I re-enter my login name and password, I receive an error for unrecognized user. If I click on register, I then receive an error saying that I've already registered?

Try logging out, and then click on the remember me box in vbseo.com forums, and then try to get into the support ticket area again.

That didn't work. I'm using Chrome on an iMac. I'll try Firefox and report back.

Edit: It works on Firefox.

Make sure your cookie settings are set to allow in the other browser.

I am also getting the same error.. (On 6th March, 2011)
I have done everything said by Brian, but can't access Support.

I really need you support now, Brian. Is there any way out?

Did you try the suggestions Brian gave above?. Did you try with another web browser?.

If so, please let us know, so we can investigate further.

I tried all that Brian suggested. But, the problem remains.

I have used Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer.

Still can't access vbseo support area. Getting the same error again and again.

If it's same password as vbseo forum, then yes, I know it.

Let me check using a different computer then.

It is working from another computer..
Perhaps I need to refresh the browser settings.
