    Just few questions,

    1. Is User Information secured on vbseo.com ? (non-sharable to third parties)
    2. Posting our comments against any financially rich companies (monetarily secured) if might harm us.

    Hi Future,

Regarding 1. - Your details are not shared to any third parties.

Regarding 2, I'm not 100% certain what you mean by "Posting our comments against any financially rich companies (monetarily secured) if might harm us.", but - Unless you are posting the information in an area that is only accessible to you, anything you post on the web has the potential to 'come back and bite you' so to speak.

I read your comment from the other thread and it was only your opinion. I never heard of anyone getting in trouble for posting their opinion.

There have been many lawsuits on similar issues-- who OWNS the text? is it the site/forum owner, or the author/user who posted it.

    2. Defamation and Other "Publisher/Speaker" Torts. Section 230(c)(1) of the Communications Decency Act, passed in 1996, says "no provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as a publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider." To date, courts have treated this language as a nearly complete bar against liability for users’ defamatory postings.
Website Provider Liability for User Content and Actions

In other words, what YOU say is accountable to YOU, not the site you posted it on.

A case in the UK recently passed the same judgment.

If the 3rd party finds and wishes the content removed, we will likely remove it to avoid the great issue. We have no interest in 'ratting you out' to anyone and will not share any data with anyone unless a legal document demands it so. But, if they still pursue any judgment or loss of use torts, the case will be against you, not Crawlability.
