Unable to edit 'SHOWTHREAD' template

Hello,

I'm trying to edit the 'SHOWTHREAD' template for default style. When I make the changes and select 'Save & Reload' option (or even just 'Save' option), I get a blank page -

The changes do not get saved. Few minutes ago, I could easily update the FORUMDISPLAY template
& postbit_legacy template without any problem.

To solve the problem, I tried disabling the gzip compression through admincp, but it did not work.

What's wrong with my SHOWTHREAD template? Please help!

This does not seem to be any reason of vBSEO. You should try disabling modifications one by one to see which causes the problem.

Hi Michael, I tried editing after disabling the plugin/hook system; but the problem persists. What's going wrong?

That is something wrong with your server/vb.

it could be the template itself as well. I would suggest making a back up of it and then reverting the template.

If that still doesn't work, you will need to consult vb for further support.

I think there is a problem with the page or the one you edit is not appropriate to the site or not allowed to the site.

I don't think it can help you but It is just my opinion.
