Strange code / caracter injection above header / below footer *argh*

    Hello everybody ,

after nobody really could solve my problems at vbhacks.de and via support ticket (hoster), i'll ask the real coding guys for help :-)

There are strange things going on .... here's the content of the support ticket (for now i don't have the notion of tipping all again )
    Hello team,

a new problem occured since you enabled folder access permissions (like .htaccess) (this is what i believe).

The "error" is very strange and only to some users on some locations (pcs / workstations) viewable.

On my vb-forum Techsupportforum - IT & Software Community AND my testforum www.emuleboard.com is a data insert above the header, a random (i believe) sequence of numbers/characters is displayed (like fed1 or 19b66) and below the footer is a 0 (zero) displayed, the 0 is constant.

This mystery occured the first time about two to five days ago. And for my person only at my office (internet explorer), but not at home (internet explorer and firefox), i heard - till now - from one other user, who has the same problems.

    Can you reproduce that?

The very strange is that the other forums are not affected and i did no changes to a file or a option. Suddenly the data injection occured....

Here's a part of the source code

The strange about the issue, it occures only at my office (and at one other users pc, also at work) --> Internet Explorer 6.0.3790.0. I did no code changes the last few days, at my testvb no codechange since weeks. The only commonalty is that there was also vbseo working (.htaccess protected).

My vbulletin version is the latest --> 3.6.4 and after turning all Plugins/Products/TMS-Changes/vbseo of, the problem's still there ....

Maybe anybody else can replicate the issue or even solve it.

    Hi briansol,

all files are definitely correct, the forum was working fine for a long time (and it is for 99 percent of the users, but not for me and an other user at work). I think the reason is servage, not the best hoster, i'll move the next days to a root, then we'll see :-))

But maybe anybody else can replicate the issue? ...

    Very best regards,
    Sven
