    just wrap the forum home template in another table.

    <table><tr>
    <td width="80%">
    CURRENT MAIN FORUMHOME table area HERE
    </td>
    <td width="20%">
    your new right column
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>

    Sorry for necro-posting, but is there any way to make the sidebar entirely collapsible using a button on the main forum table? I've seen sites with this functionality, but was unable to find any pointers on vB.org :(

    Thanks for any help!

    There's a mod for the side bar on vbulletin.org:

    Sidebar Column - vBulletin.org Forum

    Hope this helps.

    didn't mean to bring this back from the grave...but dumb question...what template do i edit so the sidebar is on all pages of the forum? it seems if i edit forumhome it's just the forumhome...forumdisplay is the threads...but then posts don't have it...is there another template i am missing?
