in case if you mean vBSEO's callhome function, it is only used to automatically obtain license key during vBSEO installation. Once it is saved in config file, it's never called again.Oleg Ignatiuk / Crawlability Inc.

Well, in that case..
From what I understand, it is something pulled from admincp/index.php (either within that file, or from another) that calls home for version checking.
Don't have access to my vB files at the moment, but I would suggest searching for 'version' in admincp/index.php, searching .org (I know someone released a modification that does this but it may have been removed) or googling.Ace Shattock / Crawlability Inc.
