guys anyone can confirm this, i mailed paypal and got a no response automated mail as they are down with heavy rush. does paypal charge the transaction cost for paypal to paypal transactions when you upgrade to premium account. It does charge for the credit card transactions, but paypal to paypal are free in the non premium accounts. However there is a bit of ambiguity regarding what happenes to the earlier free paypal to paypal transactions. If anyone knows, i would be grateful to know        |

With the premium account, all transactions have a fee, starting from the time you upgrade to premium.
