Online Petition Software

Does anyone know of any Petition mamagememt software. It does not need to have anything to do with VB.

It needs to be able to support the following features.

Important: In a moment, an email will be sent to the address you've provided. To finish signing this petition, you must follow the instructions in that email. (This verifies your identity, boosting this petition's credibility. Thanks!)

Note: All information you enter - plus the date and your IP address - will be delivered to the petition recipient as your electronic signature.

IP addresses? Confirmations?

Why not just fake the signatures like the Republicans in Florida?

This two features are not so important. I am just looking for a any Petition Management Software even without this two features.

More important is that a starter can setup a petition and users can subscribe to the petition. And the starter of the petition should easily be able to select which fields filled out by the subscribers should be displayed public and which should not.
