Not vbseo question about vbulletin sidebar

Hi all,
i have asked this in all the sites of the web but nobody has replied me.
My last chance is here.

There's a mode for close the vbulletin 4.0.3 sidebar as default?

Now in default the vbulletin sidebar is opened and if some user want can close clicking on the arrow.
I would the opposite of this, i would that the sidebar start closed and if some user want can open it clicking on the arrow.

What is the tpl to edit and what is the edit to do?
