What do you mean by two years and nothing? No members, no posters, no hits?

Sounds like your going your going through the why bother syndrome, which I hit every couple of months.

Bung a link to your forum on here and I am sure some of the guys will give their honest opinion on what could be changed, ways of improving hits etc etc.

To my untrained eye, you have no welcome headers, which can encourage people to join.

Your missing out on adsence earnings.

Your page rank shows up as zero, so it might be worth adding a link exchange directory. There are plenty of directories about to use with free versions, esyndicate being one to start you off.

If you want to start gaining links, there are a few web sites that specialise in link exchanging programs like linkmarket.net

Your home page shows a coupon from 2006, I could well be wrong on this suggestion, but it might be worth making the forum the home page.

It all looks very tidy and neat IMO, but again stand to be told other wise
