Need advise on monetizing my forum

I own a Jazz Music forum(- JazzyMusic) and below are the stats for it.

PR:4
Average Unique views per month:75K

Adsense is not giving me the revenue that i expected.It gives hardly $150-$200 per month.Can someone advise me how i can tweak the adsense to earn more from my community ?
Is tha pay out low because the community is Spanish ? Is there any other ad programs i can try which will yield more ? Any Jazz music affliate program that you are aware of ?

If you're actually getting 75,000 uniques a month, I'd say you should be able to make about 4 times that at least. Although, that's entirely dependent on how well you convert those uniques into impressions.

My immediate tips would be to go to a fixed layout (so 760 width or something), which brings focus to the 728x90 ads or alternatively, adding some sort of sidebar to stick leaderboard ads in. Also add google link ads under your banner on every page and in between the end of the thread and the quick reply box.
