I have justr crossed the 200,000 mark in January and 100,000 mark now already in till 9th February.
with always 1.9 to 2 million pageviews.

the price will depend I think on what you make monthly rather then hits and visitors. Originally Posted by jbartle

SERPs (I have quite a few good long tails in the number 1 position and many others on the first page)
PR (I dont think its valuable but many others do)

Site age
Members (meaning you'll have 60k+ email addresses for marketing products if need be)
Not to mention the site has a professional custom design, custom coded, etc.

Feb will be bigger, i got an 50k extra visitors over 24 hours on top of the regular traffic the other day.

a site is only worth what someone is willing to buy it for.
it could be 1 month rev, it could be 100 months rev.
me, i'd never sell for less than 36x rev. 24 if i was hurting for cash BAD.
