Looking for a good graphic designer

I can't seem to find a good graphic designer, I would like to do a redesign of our board plus work for a new board but the offers I got didn't really impress me. Anyone know of a really good one (with portfolio)?

How much are you looking to spend and what kind of a design are you looking for?

I've done my graphics site (in my sig)...still working on the banner though, but you can check out what I've done with the site. I go for the simple approach, but that's my personal preference. I'm not much of a coder and I do some graphics work. Another site I've done is my Dad's (Fast Cash and Installment Loans for Your Financial Needs! - AAA Community Finance), I didn't like the color scheme but I had to work with their logo so yeah.

But yeah, if you give me an idea of what you are looking for, I might be able to help. If not, I can try to find someone that will...but the people I know ask for quite a bit of money :S Which is why I decided to do mine myself.

i've even "outsourced" him for my company a couple times.

tell him i sent you... hes cheap does great work and fast turn around.

he doesn't do coding though, so you will need someone to skin it from his psd (or yourself)

Money is not really an issue, quality is important, they need to show a good portfolio. There is no coding involved, just PSD, that's all. Let me know if you can recommend anyone
