Looking for a good banner ad tracking software...

I need a good software program to track our banner impressions and CTR.

I've tried Openads, but it is extremely unstable, gives incorrect impression and click data and has terrible support. I would rather pay for a program that works.

I looked at AdvertPRO, but their minimum charge per month is $80, which is a little too rich for us.

Are there any similar companies like AdvertPRO that would be less expensive or a good software program out there that really works?

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks!

We manage an openads setup for socialknowledge.net and it runs without a problem. What version of open ads were you using? It really is the best solution. I'm not aware of anything that competes with it that is a reasonable price.

We're running 2.4 right now... there's just been nothing accurate about it yet.

We were using javascript tags to start with, but they slowed down page loading. Then we switched to HTML image tags, which created magical clicks at a rate of 1.6% CTR, which has never happened on any of our ads, much less those banners. I'm now trying iFrame tags to see if those will track properly.

Either way, all of our header banner ads have been loading slow since using Openads. This was never a problem with straight html banners not run through Openads. I moved the images from the database to the webserver, but that hasn't helped either.

One of our ad partners uses AdvertPRO for their ads on our site and we don't have issues with those loading and they use javascript. AdvertPRO can deliver the ads cleanly without any speed sacrifice issues and Openads cannot, which causes me to believe they still have work to do on Openads.

Now... there is about fifty-eleven pages of manual with Openads and it's quite possible I don't have it all setup right, but getting any support is a joke. It's just not made for south Alabama hillbilly's like me to understand.

What is your current server setup like? Maybe others can help you with alternatives but I have just had experience with OpenAds and the Geek Auto Banner... which doesn't do well with accurate tracking imo.
