I need a custom skin

Not sure is this is the right place to ask, but if not, perhaps someone could point me in the right direction.

We recently upgraded a Home Improvement forum from SMF to vBulletin / VBSEO. Everything went fine (improved SERPS showing up already) - but we are using the default VB Skin

I need someone ideally to provide a fully coded skin (not just a PSD)

Fortunately we do have screenshots of Original Skin - and the features we want on new skin are very similar. Mainly links to Static Pages that collect LEADS (Home improvement quote requests).

There is also a logo to incorporate and skin colors will need to match that. To be fair original design might be a little dated now (2001) - so a freshening up of the original design may also be appropriate.

Can anyone help? This is something I need doing quickly - ideally this coming week.

Also, anyone want to suggest what is a fair price for a project like this?
