Just realized this might be about home pc's not servers ... PC: AMD Athlon 3.8 dual core. No complaints except a blue screen in XP pro sometimes

Dual 3.06's in my workstation. Dual 2.8 xeons in my server. Yikes... just realized my workstation is 3 years old with the dual xeon 3.06's... can't believe how quickly time has passed! I guess as cpu's get faster and faster for everyday work they're becoming fast enough. I remember in the old days I was always maxing out my systems about 6 months after building them. Or maybe I've just stopped doing enough cutting edge stuff to max them out as I've gotten older :(
