Hostgator Stinks! Looking for a better host.

Hostgator really sucks bigtime. Even before we havent installed vbseo, our site frequently experiencing internal server error due to very limited allowed processes. Dont be fooled by the reviews. And even if you have lots of webspace, they have this 10mb upload limit. .htaccess file is also limited Geez, we're paying lots and we are bound to those limits.

Anyway, we are planning to avail a VPS or dedicated server. Anyone knows a better deal? Dont recommend hostgator please. Since we are now boycotting HG and even paying lots of blog posts with google PR7 and above just to clear the rumors saying hostgator is the #1 webhost.

never ran vbulletin on hostgator but drupal seems to work fine there. Moderate site and its on baby croc.

for vps, you might wanna have a look at servint. Top notch support, very stable and prices are pretty competitive. Have couple of my sites running on vbulletin hosted there.
