| Help centre vs project tools
Can anyone give me an idea of the difference between vb project tools and the help centre add on. From an untrained eye like mine, they both look similar. As in being able to report problems. Are there any major advantages of going down the project tools line, in a way of being able to add a decent support area to my forum. Thanks in advance for any help       |

Project Tools is extemely limited, poorly integrated and does not follow the same flow as the rest of the forum software. Also development sees to be at a stand still as I have yet to see any additional functionality added. HelpCenter Lite is limited and I am waiting to see how Paul implements the Pro version. For me the #1 issue regardless of product is it needs to have some sort of human verification method. |
