Congratulations on your great work and also great support team.

My name is Mohamed and I'm from Saudi Arabia but I'm now not living on it because I'm working on international computers company fujitsu

I have 3 forums vbulletin powered forums and I'm looking for purchasing vBSEO In the next few days but after seeing some problems in Arabic forum that's make a problem with me.
I'm already having 1 of my sites purchased vBSEO.
Also if I'm purchasing vBSEO to my other forums Next week it will be for the duetch support
Really the English and Turkish and Deutsch support is very very very Good,fast and having knowledgeable about all things in vBSEO and vBulletin
But Arabic I don't think that

I'm suggest if you see any one from middle east having some experience in vBulletin and vBSEO to help with Mohamed I sure that's will be great
There is so many people until now the main reason is the Arabic support is slow,don't give you the full reply as I see it in English support the same issues in Arabic and English support forums and I see Brian,Mert,Micheal trying to help with any thing they know it and if they see any problem can't fix it they quickly flagged Oleg to fix it
And the same issue still in Arabic forum since more than 2 days without any new reply.
Yes, I'm facing the same problem with my vBSEO problems in Arabic support.

You can remove this thread if you see this thread can't be here but I'm no longer want the Arabic support And I'm very happy that's I will work with the English & duetch Team and in the same time I'm very sad to all the other customers that's will still in the Arabic support

Again, Good work vBSEO English support Team you are the best in fixing vBSEO Problems and Great Tips in your critiques I'm one of the fans on HOW-TO threads and suggestions to improve your forum SEO with vBSEO Help on this forum.

Thanks for your time to read this thread and I hope the general manager can help the Arabic customers and I sure if you adding some team members in Arabic support you will see × 2 new customers than you have because all the Arabic development sites taking about the Arabic support and that's not good for any new customer looking to buy vBSEO.

I have already another assigned account And as you know it's not possible to post this thread with my account, Why I say my problem doesn't fix since more than 2 days this problem happen with me with my assigned account and I sure if you opened new thread voting if the customers need some more support team you will see that they will vote for YES, and there is many threads like my thread about the bad support in Arabic forum and it deleted or closed with edit the thread content and I sure the general manager didn't know any thing about these threads

Really it will be a nice idea if you opened new thread on Arabic support forum to voting if the customers needing additional 1 or 2 members to help with Mohamed it will be much great.
