It should be 5 for me yet again on my toolbar its 3 for forumhome and 4 for forumdisplay, i don't get it

its a well known fact that the toolbar updates are usually a month behind.
Like LK said, the pr updates are a few weeks old

is when we noticed it, about 2 weeks ago
This update was ( like most ) a little odd,, it really started about 6 weeks ago, then had a hicup about 2 weeks ago
