wow, that article sucks.

indexing is the totally wrong word. if anything, it's an 'auto-complete' like feature, saved onto your local machine, not google servers.

they keep saying https shouldn't be indexed. lol, why not? just because it's a secure transaction connection doesn't necessarily mean the content shouldn't be indexed.

a simple search for https leads plenty of search results
https - Google Search


if anything, chrome is a good example as to why you should always LOCK your home machine when you go away from it, and require a windows password that isn't a post-it on your monitor.
