focus on members?

Sadly this boards became kind of useless to me, every time I ask question I never receive an answer and make me think either my questions are off topic or stupid? i'm not sure which one... I just hate to ask vb seo realted questions on other forums and receive better, faster valuable feedback..
i'm sure if it was a pre-sale question it will be answered faster, customer service baby

I'm not complaining... I just said how i feel in general about the forum and not specifically the staff. I understand there's a support system in place and you have been efficient in that area.
