Errors posting new thread and replies

I still can't figure out why this site doesn't have a forum for feedback and support.

Anyway, I have gotten errors when posting a new thread and when posting a Quick Reply. The first error warned me that my new thread post was a duplicate, even though I know it wasn't. The second error happened when I tried to do a Quick Reply to the same thread after Joe Ward replied to my topic. I don't know for sure if it was also a duplicate error because the error message lacked information. Here is a screen shot of the mystery error:

As you can see, it doesn't tell me what the error is. The link using "Okay" anchor text only leads to the topic, which is how I discovered my post was there.

My first thought is you have a bug in the vBulletin 3.7 beta 2 or 3 that is installed.

Jim

I just got the same new thread error again. I clicked the submit button and got a blank white page. I hit refresh and got the error that my submission was a duplicate.

I am using IE7 on Windows XP Pro.

I have no doubt when I click the Post Quick Reply button in a few seconds, that I will get the previous error I reported too.

Jim

PS: Yep, I was right. Got the error.

I'm getting a similar error with the Quick Reply on my forum.. I renewed my license a couple of days ago and installed the latest version 3.1.0. We're not running any ad scripts yet.

Any tips? I tried searching, but most pointed to a conflict with adverts..

Does it work correctly with vBSEO disabled for you? The issue with quick reply here was related to vbseo.com only, not to vBSEO3.1.0.
