Email Invite script

I'm looking for a script, like what OpenInviter does, that allows users to e-mail their friends and tell them about a site. Anyone knows of a plugin other than OpenInviter, that is free of charge, that can do the same thing?

The one I used to use, was by these guys
Kmita Tell Friend v2 : PHP recommend script with CAPTCHA and advanced reporting
Unfortunately, running anything like that with no need to be logged in, makes your site a spammer magnet
I never had any beat the system as such
You was under a constant barrage of low life testing the system to see if they could tell the world about their latest innovations in Viagra and braincell enhancers

The script dont cost an arm and a leg

It was fairly easy to integrate into the forums
At the time I trialed the idea on my own forum, I should have wrapped it in the tags to stop non members even being able to view it
