I need some tips for make the right choice

I have several static pages (php) with many images that could be sent through software postcard direct software (ginini.com/software/pd/).
I installed photopost as a support for my forum. Now I have to decide: which one to use?

A) postcard direct works very well, do not requires database, people call it only when to send an ecards (normally images in my pages are thumbnail, the original are shown in a pop up). Directory and subdirectory where are stored the images are like Berlusconi: fotomontaggi divertenti ore cards/tatoo/ etc
But any guest could send an ecard, so spammers too.

B) photopost is integrated in the forum (vb3), so users must be registered to send ecards. Ah, the main section of my site is the forum. Moreover, users could leave comments, and images are taggables.
But it requires more resources (mysql; and the forum has 200/300 peple online), and I don't like format of the url (Amore - Galleria foto e vignette Magnaromagna) and I think that if people need to register to send ecards could use less photopost than the other one.

What do you think? Which one do you prefer?
