Did DMOZ close?

I did a page rank check of DMOZ and saw that it had a PR of 0. Did I do something wrong or did something happen to DMOZ?

One could only hope that Google isn't using it anymore. DMOZ is full of corrupt editiors.

Hmm... I think google's toolbar PR is screwy, there's no way dmoz.org could be PR0.

I thought it was the only PR9 directory? It seems now other directoies rely less on less on Dmoz for quality websites

Well, it is opened back up now as of December 18th, but it was down for so long I am not surprised it is a 0.

Though DMOZ was not accepting or reviewing new submission, it was not actually offline, I think the PR0 must be a fluke that would be sorted out by Google soon
MSN UK was also PRO months ago, its back to PR7 that it used to be now.

Not sure, I was under the assumption it was completely closed down. Today was the first time I have went to the site in close to two years, maybe more.

Still on DMOZ, I found out that if you do not add "www" to the url, it has PR8 but if you add "www" its PR0 . I think both URLs used to be PR9

It's google PR update period so I think it will be refreshed soon.

the last google update was last week, another one is not expected for a few months.

Its 9 here, and why would it close??? The editor backend is completely updated with new servers and security.
