Coding help please

Just spent a few hours going round in circles and not getting very far.

On my links directory, add link page
http://www.thespainforum.com/links/addlink.php?c=0

Im trying to get the following to show up as code, similar to below

But I cant find the tags to wrap round it to stop it showing up as the link.
