backlink in other websites code?

Hello,

I hope that someone can help me with this as I am at a loss
why and what this is.

I was looking at what backlinks I have for my site and came across
a totally irrelevant site that has a URL with my website within it
it is a link to my database I think.

I am sure that it is just logging the URL of where I have come from ?

it's in a field called referrer, which means someone was at yoursite (that actual url) and then clicked into the site that holds this form.
