Unhappy After Server moving, German umlauts are dsiplayed as a ?

We have moved our board from a server to another with MySQL Dumper and Latin 1

After that i wantetd to login: (Username: André)

I get the error: wrong password, after the third time i click on password forgotten link.

Than i receive the email from my board:

    Your Username is: Andr

the é is missing in my username?

A few moments later i see that ä,ü,ö,ß are showing up as a questinon mark too?

    Old Server:

    collation_connection utf8_general_ci
    collation_database latin1_swedish_ci
    collation_server latin1_swedish_ci

    New Server:

    collation_connection utf8_general_ci
    collation_database latin1_swedish_ci
    collation_server latin1_swedish_ci

Any idea how to fix this?

My board is now allredy closed because many user can not login and the seo url´s are displayed wrong, because of this bug.

I hope here is anyone, who can help me on this?

Does it work correctly with vbseo disabled? Are you able to login as André with vbseo off?

In this case, you may need to contact your host or vbulletin general support.
