Web-Talks is almost 4 months old, and has 200+ members with 8,000+ posts.

Your home page is a bit wide. The log in box on the left hand side seems to push everything to far over to the right.

You could also try adding relevant replacements to help with adding more keywords.

It is nice looking though, very easy on the eye

Looks good. I think I would rather see the left column navigation (on your homepage) moved to the right.
