    Since you have a hip hop forum, it might be nice to get some images onto the site. Even a gallery section might be helpful to liven up the look of the site a bit, and get some color into it. The template is a bit dark and 1 dimensional right now.

    You're using www.forum. You might consider using just forum. instead.

    It seems that you're not opening up your content to guests. If the search engines cannot read the pages as guests, then they cannot adequate index it, rank it, and (most importantly) send traffic to it.

    Maybe you could make the shoutbox display only for registered members?

    How exactley do I do this. I have no coding knowledge. Can someone help me out?

    You can try customizing this code which is placed in your .htaccess file:
    redirect non-www to www
