What about non English Forum

I have 3 websites which I manage now and all of them running VBSEO. however I want to know if you have any suggestions for them. before post a link do you provide suggestions for non-English forums? (Arabic).

I have multi language forum (52 langauge translation) and including arabic version and there i kept foreign chars intact. It does not hurt at least google traffic at all. Google somehow graps the urls correctly. When clicked they connects to right urls.

I am just thinking about the people who don't have arabic on their systems. will they be able to click on the link?

I use turkish browsers and i am able to click arabic links without the problem. I have not done anything for arabic chars.
