Get rid of the Calendar and FAQ links in the navigation unless you plan to use them for something significant.

You are targeting English speakers only?

You should probably not be using your site title on your sub-forum or thread pages:

You should use our "Replace showpost with permalink" option.

You should get a H1 header into your template for the page titles.
