What you should do is remove all add-ons, including
vBSEO, then see if you have this same problem. If you do, then this is a server issue.

vBSEO uses a lot of system resources, possibly more than
vB itself under certain circumstances. Regardless we cannot provide official support for forums running non-
vB code. If you do not want to follow those instructions then I suggest contacting the authors of those add-ons for help.
