vBSEO installed a month ago: no results

Hello, I installed vBSEO a month ago and I still have no visits. I have the same visits I had before I installed this product. Is this normal?
This is my forum: Klayz.com Community.
Can you please give me some advice?

• Setup vBSEO RR's and use vBSEO.Com RR's format
• We don't need SE to crawl and index calendar or FAQ so remove them from navbar from guests only and also disallow them from robots.txt
• Disable vBSEO footer archive links from vBSEOCP
• Disable your vBulletin Archive
• Remove your current H1 since you will use it in vBSEO RR's
• Fix your XHTML Errors : [Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.klayz.com/community/f4/ciao-tutti-3958/ - W3C Markup Validator
• Include only showthreads and forumdisplay pages in your sitemap
• Are you use vBSEO Conditional Signature ?

I would say since the archive is a typical copy of your forum threads content then that's is duplicate so why I need to duplicate my content but with another fast design ? You should disable it.

Hello Marco, I still have the same traffic! I can't understand..

You doesn't do what I have asked before, I said you should post new threads daily, Google want the "ACTIVE" Forum not a forum that have a lots of threads but not active, Search engines want the new "FRESH" content not an old content.

As I see from your forum statistics that the last 5 threads is during 2 months :(
That's mean in 2 months 5 threads or posts has been added to your forum which is very bad to search engines in the first and your forum in second.

Starting a new forum requires an active user base--- even if that userbase it just you. As Marco suggests, you need to be adding content daily. vBSEO can't help you index content that doesn't exist.
