Here is my suggestions for you :

• Try to re-write forum.php/ to /
• Try to validate your style error (all pages) : [Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.gamekiller.net/forum.php - W3C Markup Validator
• Try to use a CDN service like MaxCDN.com
• Try to include only Showthread / forumdisplay / blog pages in your sitemap
• Try to submit your website in Directories like DMOZ and Yahoo directory.
• Try to remove Calendar and Faq only for guests.

I have one question:
1. Is there some kind of modifications I could use to resolve all those errors generated by the validator?

unfortunately the answer is no, you should solve all errors one by one.

I also tried to rewritng forum.php to / and a encoding error appears.
This is the rewrite rule I used: '^forum\.php$' => '/'
