Your site looks pretty good. There are a lot of 3rd party links at the bottom of your forum. I'm not sure if they are to relevant sites to yours or not.

If these are non-relevant or a placed as a part of a link selling/trading scheme, please be careful.

some of them are relevant some of them not ... but we live in small country and is hard to link to relevant pages

what about other seo stuff on page is it ok?

Are you getting paid to host the links? Or exchanging links?

If not either of the above cases, be sure to remove any non-relevant links. In fact, if you can think of a strategy that will allow you to remove them entirely, that would be preferred. This depends on what benefit they are providing for you (such as ad revenue, etc).

what about if i change them to an picture and make alt tag with the name of the site?

i really dont want lose those sites all of them point back to my site

Well, that would remove the text from the pages. However, you would be removing the "anchor text" but still allowing the search engines to discover the "alt tag text". So the pages keyword relevancy would be almost unchanged.

Likewise, the links would still be detected.

It's an interesting question however. I'm not aware of any link brokers/exchanges that are actually using image links. I do not know for sure if this would allow you to pass through any filters. I expect the search engines would be more focused on the actual links, and less on the particular method of adding them to the page (regular links vs. image map links).

what about if i leave links only on main page?

That would certainly be preferable to site wide links, as long as it doesn't conflict with your agreements with the other sites, etc.

do i need to put h2 tags somewhere on the site? ... maybe in crr`s?

H1, H2, etc. tags are designed to indicate "headings", so you should try to use them for that purpose, as much as possible. For instance, I would not place a H2 tag in the middle of a paragraph of text.

If you can work them into your template structure that is great. H1s would typically be suitable for the title of the forum or thread display page. H2's could perhaps be applied to post titles (when provided).
