Hi,

I just made every optimization I found useful to the forum.
The site is 2 years old, but it's a niche and is not in English Language .
The target audience is like NY population, so I'm not expecting 1000 posts a day at this time, as much I like it
The style was made by me and I'm expecting a new header & logo soon this week made by a professional (I hope ...)!
The big ads are only for guests ...

Seems like you are off to a good start. I'm not crazy about the big ad at the top. Takes up too much vertical space requiring scrolling to get to meaningful content.

That's Baqueira/Beret Ski Resort in The Spanish Pyrenees.
I'm an addicted and those are live images from some resorts. Since winter is coming, there's already good snow to practice ski!

I'm from Canada, although I was never an active skier. But that image was very refreshing for me. When you live in the heat of the tropics all the time, you find a new appreciation for breathing in cold, clean air.
