    Question Site Traffic Has Fallen and Adsense Down Since VB4 Upgrade

    Hi,

    I wonder If I could ask for a critique of my forum site: BIZFACEŽ - UK Business Forum

    Since the upgrade I have lost a lot in Adsense revenue (from $30 per week to $4 which is a lot for a small site) and traffic has fallen obviously. The links directory is offline as Brian is having trouble with the new set up and I am using a skin workaround from VBorg as Chris from the skinzone is fighting the style vars system - so these might explain some of it.

    Any help with the setup really appreciated - I have sitemaps working OK but with lost of errors but 25K urls indexed.

    Thanks for any feedback

    Roy

    Hey thanks for the tips,

    I did spot today that the inpost ads were not showing up in the new style unless I resaved in the ad manager

    One thing I do have are RR's but do we have to re-install VBSEO to refix the hooks? - I see that since the upgrade to 4.01 I cannot 'find' them.

    VBSEO map only has showthreads and forum display and I now have 25K indexed and the errors are falling out.

    many thanks

    roy

    No you will not need to re-install the Mod, Just Make sure you have added this in your "ad_navbar_end"
    Code:
    <!--VBSEO_RR_1-->

    ad_navbar_below will work. The template names are slightly different in vb4.

    yes, it is empty by default, so wherever you place in that template will be arround above or below any custom thigns you added to it.
