Remove that annoying guest message that blocks most of the site and all your ads

The guest message has tripled the daily number of registrations, and the ads make it all worthwhile. :-)

I didn't mean remove the ads. I meant the welcome message is blocking the ads so guests can't click
I bet you would see a nice increase in income if you took a different, less obtrusive approach at the welcome message. Just my opinion.
Also it wants me to login but I can't cause the register message is blocking that too
