Should I modify the Forum Home Layout

The vBSEO website has been tremendously helpful in kicking my old forum into a new gear and so I have a couple of questions for everyone about Tablet PC Questions Forums.

Question #1: Should I change the subforums on Tablet PC Hardware so that all of the hardware manufacturer forums show on the Forum Home? In other words, increase the number of forums shown on the front page?

Question #2: Do you see any redundancy of forums which should be combined so that people know where to post? In other words, I found the troubleshooting forum to be a problem - and closed it - so that people would post in their particular manufacturers forum. I am curous about the Windows XP forum that is so large but seems to be a catch all ...

Question #3: Do you see anything which makes this site unfriendly?

Question #4: What one thing would you change immediately to make the site friendlier and more appealing to you?

I am sorry that no one here answered my questions. Any thoughts on improving Tablet PC Questions would be wonderful. After installing vbseo, the placement on Google dropped for the main keyword and traffic is lower than hoped but at least the traffic is steady. The keyword was searched for over 1 million times last month and my traffic did not go over 2,000.

Any thoughts on improving the site?
