perhaps it's because I'm from the US, but I can't tell what the first two images in your header are. I would work on improving the header art, and integrating some ads into your site.

nah, the two images are still hard to identify. Also, You have shisha=freunde.de in your header (you should make this easier to read - perhaps a lighter color outline), and a large Shisha Forum under it. I would get rid of the second shisha forum.
