HI MY forum is getting more popular but as with anything like this its getting a lot of spam i have captcha and email verification so i think its human. Anyway I am currently in the process of revamping the entire website so I would like to hear your thoughts on my forum design.

Also please let me know if i can improve my VBseo settings for SEO purposes and generating more traffic. Any comments appreciated

It is difficult to critique your forum at the moment as it is closed for upgrade/maintenance. But I like your main site. Being a Dental Technician from the UK ( SmileArtStudio.com )I will spend some more time reading articles on there.

I find the aqua blue font colour a bit soar on the eyes with the white background on the homepage, looks very clean and simple which i like.

I like the cleanness of your template, but I would prefer to see you using a professional logo and also getting some images posted up in the header area related to cosmetic dentistry.
