I like to see how my site is doing and what other steps I need to take,
It would be nice if the vbseo team could give some pointers, other then "whats your longtail?"

If you have taken care of all the suggestions in your previous critiques you should be setup very well now. The site is looking very good with the vBSEO style.

FYI - it looks like you are linking to the tinyurl preview page, not the actual forwarding link.
