befor install vbseo if new post in my forum serach after 3 hours in google

but now after 24 hours not search in google

please help me

Please Try To remove showposts pages,Tags Pages From Your sitemap and remove all .gz files in data/ and regenerate your sitemap

Follow these steps please

• Delete all xml.gz and txt.gz files located within vbseo_sitemap/data folder
• Disable the following options within vBSEO Sitemap Generator options
  
  • Include Old urls
  • Include Showpost Urls
  • Include Archieve Pages
• Regenerate sitemap files
