Please critique my watch forum website

Dear all,


Yesterday I ran into a website showing really poor SEO report for my website, which really surprised me. Now I'm really eager to improve everything I can so I could have a better rank on Google.

My goal is to be (of course) number one on Google for the most important word for my website which is "satovi". Currently I'm ranked #3.


Please advise how I can improve, provide some helpfull links or guidelines, and please comment why do you think these two websites are ranked better than mine?

WebPagetest is a great tool and is sponsored by google. run your site through there and it will give you a list of items to look at or improve. Most other tools are estimates or simply inaccurate and don't really tell you anything that maters.

Other than change a few colors, you have done much beyond a core install to really critique.
