You've seem to have lost focus of your niche... Half of the front page articles aren't even about cars... iPad, asimo, golf, basketball, etc etc. As such, you've probably lost some niche authority by branching out WAY too wide.

    • fix your blog to link to the destination url in the nav bar, not forumdisplay.php
      see also: http://www.vbseo.com/f2/brians-tip-w...ry-301s-38815/
    • it looks like you are using your wordpress stylesheet on your forum. Instead of copy.pasting it into source, you should really link it with a link rel="stylesheet" command to save the bloat, even if its a copy
    • you have duplicate analytics tracking code. If you're using vbseo's native, you should remove the template edits or other plugins you may be using for it.

These are all small things and won't really do much. Ultimately, you need content. You have WAYYYYYYYYY to many forums for the low amount of threads you have, and thus, your site looks completely empty/un-used and deters new memberships. I would seriously consider re-factoring down to 10 or less forums in total for a site your size. Break out as you get busy in a section. ie, this whole category of subforums Technicals and Performance should really be just 1 fourm. Along the same lines, you're running a .ca TLD.... why bother having 6 forums for Americans? You'll be lucky to attract 6 active american users on a .ca site the same way a .co.uk site would.

Ill will make sure to post blog about my niche this time.

for these 3 things that you listed
    • fix your blog to link to the destination url in the nav bar, not forumdisplay.php

I dont really quite understand, perhaps you can show me how can i do this changes? please and thank you.

OK. i will make the forum little and i will remove some thread and make it as one for now then change it once it get busy.

for most part, most of our members are from USA and i don't really mind if people joining from other country's because thats how i wanted.
i want this to be .com but then the .com is already used so i decided to used .ca you think it'll be better to change my name instead? maybe www.tunedJDM.com since this is all about jdm cars

On your blog, in your main nav bar, you link the forum for the marketplace as
    Code:
    http://forums.tunedtech.ca/forumdisplay.php?f=3
    instead of
    Code:
    http://forums.tunedtech.ca/f3/
which adds a 301. The same thing for members ride.

If you want to go 'global' with it, choosing a country specific TLD is not a good idea.

What? on my main nav bar homepage i have the link tunedTECH's Marketplace for my Marketplace
and i have the link Member's Ride for my members Ride. i am not sure why you seeing that one.

If you want to go 'global' with it, choosing a country specific TLD is not a good idea.
So you mean .com is the best choice to go with right? you think it will be better if i change name called tunedJDM.com?

On your blog (main domain, not forum subdomain) nav bar.

In the forum they are correct, as vbseo is running on your forum and fixes this. vbseo doesn't run on your blog, so its a 301.

So you mean .com is the best choice to go with right? you think it will be better if i change name called tunedJDM.com?
yes, something .com or .net or .org would be a far better choice.

Don't click... hover and look at the status bar.

They END UP at the right place, but not before performing an un-necessary 301.

If you change domains, the best thing to do is to park the old domain on the new domain and make sure you have the www or non-www htaccess code in place, as that will automatically take .ca => .com as well as move nonwww to www (or vice versa).
