Please Critique My Site..

Hello,

This is my first attempt at developing a forum and I would like some pointers in what you think needs to be changed. The design was not designed by me, but for me.

What do you think of the design and the SEO characteristics of my site? What needs to be worked on?

Currently the index is being 307 Redirected to the Forum. I also have a few different forum layouts that you can look at and let me know which you like the best.

A question for the vBSEO crew or anyone else that can answer, what is your most popular viewed template? Fixed or Fluid?

The forum looks simple and clean, you can add other colour to your logo, not just black and white, I think. And I perfer the Fluid template.
