Your long tail is really just the # of different keywords that generate traffic for you. You can figure that out using Google Analytics:
What is the Search Long Tail? - vBulletin SEO Forums

Measuring Your Long Tail - vBulletin SEO Forums

Your homepage has no title. This is something you definitely need to get fixed asap.

It looks like your URL structure is a little bit inconsistent. Example:

/forum/f4/ for your Maya forum, and

/forum/t18/ for your "HI and welcome" thread.

Basically this does not maintain a hierarchical structure between threads and forums. This is an option for you; however, many would prefer to keep the hierarchy in place such as:

    /forum/f4/ for the forum, and
    /forum/f4/t18/ for the thread

For your sub-forum descriptions, you do not have a lot of information. You might consider working on the descriptions and finding ways to get coverage on a larger # of keywords relevant to your niche within those descriptions. Check out:
Strategy for Optimizing Keywords in Your vBulletin Forum Title and Descriptions

    Hi Matthew,

No - I'm dedicated in my role here at vBSEO full time. I do not do any side work.

You should verify the title you setup in your vBulletin configuration options. You might have left it blank. If not, you might need to check your templates to see if there is a mistake.

If you open a suppor ticket, a member of the vBSEO Total Support Team can assist you with correcting your URL structure if you would like to do that.

For the keyword descriptions, that is just largely a process of adding a little bit more detailed descriptions using some great keywords related to your forum. The keyword strategy posted just gives some ideas on one possible method of finding some of those keywords, etc.

You can find many freelance consultants that do vBulletin/vBSEO related work that can help you out if you need assistance with any of the technical stuff. Of course, the vBSEO Total Support Team is also here to help you if you have any questions or problems with vBSEO whatsoever. Just let us know.

The keyword descriptions I was referring to are your sub-forum descriptions. In your vBulletin control panel, you can go into your "Forum Manager" and edit the descriptions for each of the sub-forums that you have available on your site.
