New skin for site where to put stuff

Alright well i just put a new skin on my site, the issue i'm having is where do you think i should put my adsense and what type. Also does this look like a good skin for my site here is a link to what i have you might have to go down and switch from default to aero fluid because i have not set it as my default skin yet.

I'm not crazy about the use of red for your new template.

I would like to change it to the colour scheme here, i really like it. This was a hold me over until i can get a fully custom one made.
